Doesn’t play at all. Endless ads and then it locks up. Waste of time

The reported bugs were fixed in the latest update, and the game is much better now. But despite trying to contact their support multiple times, I was never recompensated for the 1,000,000 chips that were lost due to the previous bugs. Overall a solid game now, but don't expect support to respond or assist if things go sideways due to coding issues.

Congratulations! Your recent update broke the app again. Unable to get free chips. Bet your ad suppliers love that one less than your users do.

I’ve been using the card counting feature. I lost a hand when the dealer needed a 10 count card, that should have not been possible, since it was the last card in a single deck and the card count number was pegged for a small card and surprise, a Jack pops up for the dealer to beat my hand. The loosing streaks are also incredible with this game. I was beaten by the dealer drawing 21, 3 times in a row where the dealer drew 4 cards or more, each hand, to get to 21. Never seen anything like it.

They put ads on every 10 hands of blackjack the x to get rid of the ads is well hidden. If you want $3-4 you get from ads just give us a one time purchase to get rid of ads.

This app shares the last website you visited with the developer. It is buried in the fine print of their “privacy” policy. I deleted all of their apps from my phone and recommend that others do as well. Too bad, they had some fun games.

Fun game. Great way to kill time. The only I think I felt was odd was that every 4th card was ALWAYS a face card or a 10 card.

Avoid this Mobility Ware blackjack app. I currently have this app and after years of playing it inexplicably screwed up and deleted all of my 2.5 Billion plus winnings. I have contacted customer support through the app and via email but have had zero response. Their customer support is nonexistent. Very depressing as I enjoyed this game before the game went wonky.

This app is great but as mentioned, there are statistically impossible losing streaks that frequently happen (losing 15-20 hands in a row). Im convinced it’s for revenue. The advice is only accurate for the original two cards you’re dealt and not afterwards. This leads to inaccurate advice streaks/advice percentage. The game also doesn’t allow you to re-split hands which is not realistic and should be easily programmed in the game.

No matter what I get it gets better odds are extremely bad

Really good game to Play, but definitely rigged.. Dealer wins almost all the time. I thought I was the only one lol. I'm sure there's better apps out there.

Do you folks even try out your updates before pushing them out? I haven’t been able to access the store or buy more chips or even get the free daily chips. Super bad update.

I can play of course but I Haven’t Been Able to Collect the FREE 200 Chips in Over 2 Weeks. Not getting Any Updates as it’s Very Difficult to Contact Them. Then the Only 1 Response to date for Everyone (Under KNOWN ISSUES) Says: “We have a segment of players affected by not being able to access the Blackjack Store. Our gameteam is aware of and working towards a resolution. We don't have a timeframe currently for this fix. Do not reinstall the app as this will not fix this issue and can reset your game which cannot be restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we're working on getting this fixed.” Unacceptable IMO

I can’t get into the chips store, it’s blank, why?

Seriously this app just started randomly overriding the mute and playing sound on the ads. Seriously? Was loving the app but may have to delete if this doesn’t stop asap.

Pretty lazy update. Clearly no QA in your process. Was willing to wait for iOS 17 upgrade, but no change.

No way to purchase chips. How do you not test this?

It’s been almost a week since the latest update, and with that update, there is just a blank screen when you try to purchase chips. Kinda funny that the devs haven’t noticed.

Latest game update killed the screen to buy more coins on my phone

Great for learning blackjack, but it’s pretty blatant that the cards are not random. Face cards come on 12-14 hand hits 99% of the time for some reason. Update: I tried switching the deck count to 1 to change the inconsistencies per the developer’s recommendation - the deck only contained 34 cards. So not only are the card distributions random, the decks aren’t even full. Decreasing my rating to 1 star and uninstalling the game.

A few days ago (I believe Friday, May 26, not sure), I also got a “No Internet Connection” message. It was intermittent once or twice, the has been permanent since Friday or so. Hasn’t connected since. I have closed the app, rebooted my iPhone, went to airplane mode and back with no luck. All my other apps and functions have had full internet connectivity the whole time. I have tried different Wi-Fi networks, and have turned off Wi-Fi to just use my carrier’s cell phone signal. Again no luck. I don’t have any antivirus or spam blockers installed. The app worked fine before that. I didn’t make any changes, upgrades, or install any new apps during the time it went out. It does appear there is a problem with the app not connecting with your servers. The only thing I haven’t tried is deleting the app and reinstalling. I am afraid of losing my chips. Hope this helps, and you are able to find a solution soon! Update June 28, 2023. It looks like Internet access has finally been restored! Thanks!

The dealer never busts and always amazingly comes up with the perfect card for blackjack.

Echoing the remarks from at least one other reviewer, I can’t get past the “no internet connection” stop. I know I have a connection. Tried different places. Different days. Been going on for weeks now. Shame. I enjoy playing this from time to time. Now it’s a no-go.

Never updated says no internet but there is. No notifications any more.

Since about the end of May 2023, when going into the store in the app, I get a message “No Internet Connection”. Is an update coming soon to correct this issue?

Artificially deals a high percentage of winning hands near the beginning of your use, and when you're betting small. Shifts the deals to 80/20 in favor of the dealer in an attempt to get you to purchase chips. Losing streaks of 20+ are not uncommon to ensure you lose all of your chips, especially when you start betting big. 100% losing streak using common 2x recovery strategy. 100%! “Free” chips unavailable after a loss. The ultimate scam app. Likely supported by Apple (possible above average revenue share?): negative reviews suppressed/App Store “crashes” if a negative review is drafted (3/4 times; can’t be a coincidence). Avoid this version of Blackjack, or at least never buy chips. Save your money. A shame, because the graphics and game play are excellent.

Years of playing and was able to win some and loose some. Latest update they have rigged it so now it’s just loosing!! Don’t give them a penny they will steal it.

Dealer hits 20/21 more times then not I had 20 5 times playing this game and dealer hits 21 3/5 of playing horrible game don’t waste your time

Gameplay is fun but the different themed tables and music is the best. It gives the game an immersive feel. I would serious buy the background music for each room if I could!

I’ve tried many different blackjack apps and this one is by far the best. Many people give it a bad review. Saying you won’t win, that the dealer wins over 60% of the time. These same people also say they’ve only played 100 hands. I’ve played 50,000 hands on this app and I can tell you that my stats say the dealer has won 48%, I’ve won 43% and we’ve split 8%. Which is on par for blackjack odds. Some days I can go from 1000 chips to 20,000 chips in one day. Sometimes I go from 20,000 to 1000 in a day. That’s just blackjack. Not only do I win on a consistent basis, but I use the worst odds possible. I always play with 8 deck shoes and dealer hits on soft 17. I win plenty and I lose plenty. I also love how quickly you can play hands. All other apps I’ve tried are so so so so slow. it’s painful! This app is quick on it’s own, but if that’s too slow there is also a turbo mode to play even faster. I’ve played this app for years and I promise you it is the best IMO.

I paid to have the ads removed but EVERY time I get a new phone and reinstall the app the ads come back and this time I reached out to support and their response is “go ask for refund from apple” this doesnt fix anything if I got my Money back id still have ads and still wouldnt be able to get rid of them! Why cant they just work like any other app?? That you sign into or uses your apple id? 🤦‍♂️ The ads are SO annoying and they interrupt the flow of the game.

Always dealer is winner specially if your chips are getting more they forced you to purchase

Once you win to a certain threshold, it seems to structure decks to wipe you out. I know it’s gambling but that takes away the realism of randomness. I like that you get free chips pretty easily but it just becomes a hamster wheel.

This app gives too much money for doubles. I’ve contacted tech support multiple times, included screen shots. And still this game can’t be played until it learns how to do proper math for winning doubles bets.

Game is great if you want to feel like Chevy Chase in Vegas Vacation. Stats reveal a consistent 60% win for the dealer. I have never played a real dealer this good. If I did I would move to another table. I will find another app with more realistic odds. More like playing a coin machine than an actual dealer. Can’t split again if you draw the same cardas the pair. That makes it not a real game and is a tremendous advantage for the game.

As someone who’s had this app for years and just recently came back, it’s clear the game is favored to the CPU. Never seen so many 5 and 6 card 20/21’s in my life.

Third time that I’ve reported to the developer where the dealer takes more cards than necessary after s/he busted. Something is clearly wrong. Here’s the scenario: I’m dealt two 6, dealer has a 4 up card. I split and end up with 17 and 24. Dealer flips hole card with a 10. Dealer then draws another 10 for a total of 24. THEN, dealer draws a 6 for a total of 30. Why would dealer draw another card when s/he has already busted? ID number MW-1278611

I never used the app…tried to download & use it but it asked for password. I clicked on “forgot password” & it directed me to another link/question asking for my iPhone code!!! This is a potential scam to break/hack phones

I play this game a lot but am suspicious of dealer’s cards. Bet big on first hand. It’s almost always a winner. The game is entertaining but I don’t consider it realistic when compared to live casinos.

Don’t play thinking ur gonna win money cuz it isn’t going to happen

This game has 10 second ads every 3 hands

If I get a 17, dealer gets 2, 3, 5, 8 and wins. If I get a 21, dealer gets Blackjack. Come on guys, let’s play a fair game. Why do you insist on running players down to zero so that you can try to upsell paid chips?

The AI seems to cheat at times by always seems to have better cards like having a 20 when I have 19.
